Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

How to request a return

Use our Contact page and include your order number and the item you would like to return. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, TideHook Supply covers the return shipping cost. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process an approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under local law.
